With sustainability at the forefront of our minds, our design incorporates eco-friendly features that prioritize the environment. Solar panels will power the development, rainwater harvesting systems will promote water conservation, and energy-efficient materials will minimize our carbon footprint.

🌳 Upgrading the Area, Enhancing Security
Our student accommodation block aims to transform the landscape by repurposing a vacant brownfield site, we're revitalising the area with modern architecture and green spaces. Additionally, our design emphasizes passive security measures to ensure the safety and well-being of both residents and the existing community.

Creating a harmonious environment is key to fostering a sense of community.
